Prenuptial Agreements

Many couples choose to prepare a prenuptial agreement before they get marry. Every couple’s reasoning is different, but usually it is to make sure that, should the relationship break down in the future, each party is financially protected.

Prenups are helpful to protect assets acquired before the marriage, such as inheritances or gifts.

In order for a Prenup to be enforceable, it is important that both parties have obtained independent legal advice.
